Broom Finish Options
Broom finish is the most common and practical concrete surface treatment — slip-resistant, durable, and budget-friendly. Applied while concrete is still wet. Three texture levels available.
Subtle texture, smooth appearance. Ideal for covered patios, walkways, and light foot-traffic areas.
Standard residential texture. Good slip resistance for driveways, sidewalks, and pool surrounds. Most common choice.
Aggressive grip for ramps, commercial entries, and steep driveways where maximum traction is required.
Topcoat & Overlay Finishes
Topcoat and overlay systems transform new or existing slabs. Popular for garage floors, outdoor patios, commercial lobbies, and decorative upgrades over raw concrete.
Ultra-smooth, modern finish for indoor floors, outdoor covered patios, and anywhere a sleek contemporary look is desired.
Surface stone or pebbles revealed during finishing. Natural texture — great for driveways, pool decks, and entry walks.
Rock salt pressed into wet concrete then removed, leaving a pitted texture. Classic California pool deck look — slip resistant and visually distinctive.

Control Joint Options
Control joints are planned lines that guide concrete cracking where you want it, preventing random cracks from forming. Done right, they can be functional and decorative.
Pressed into wet concrete during finishing. Clean, neat lines that blend with any surface. Standard for residential driveways and patios.
Cut into cured concrete within 24 hours of the pour. Sharper line than tooling — preferred for large commercial slabs and exposed aggregate.
Joints arranged in borders, diamonds, grids, or diagonal lines to add visual interest. Common with stamped and colored concrete to define zones.
